This tour is private and takes us to know the history that helped the central connection between Porto and the Douro region.

After a visit to a Port wine production farm, where we will taste the famous wine from the region, there is a 1-hour mini-cruise on the Douro River in a typical vessel called “barco rabelo”.
Lunch will be served in a regional restaurant in the village of Pinhão before contemplating one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Portugal: Casal de Loivos.
To finish off in the best way we visit a small production farm with table wines, olive oil and honey. Here you can feel the passion of the people of the Douro Valley and the pride they feel of their traditions.

A singing and charming Porto!
This tour explores the beautiful historic center of Porto, classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The tour starts at Sé hill, where you can visit the Cathedral. The route will take you down old streets that were important thoroughfares for the traffic of people and goods in medieval times.
In Ribeira and Infante Square, learn more about the city’s connection to the international trade of Port Wine and how it became the stage of an important revolution in the early Nineteenth Century. Learn about the city that survived the French invasions and the Civil War, and understand the struggles of the Contemporary Era for the development of the Republic in Portugal.
During the tour, stop for a minute to contemplate the iconic buildings, such as the Church of São Francisco, Palácio da Bolsa and the Ferreira Borges Market. Your guide will reveal to you mysteries and curiosities about the city's most emblematic streets, monuments and buildings, for example, São Bento Railway Station and its beautiful azulejo tile panels full of history.
Finish the tour with a wonderful and exciting Fado show, during which a complimentary glass of Port Wine will be served.
We will start by discovering the techniques of
cultivation and transformation of grapes in nectar known as “green wine” and for this we will visit
its Interpretive Center located in one of the oldest and most flowered villages
in Portugal: Ponte de Lima.
Through a complete lunch served in a restaurant, we
will discover where the flavors and aromas that make up the best of the
gastronomy of the Minho region and Portugal come from.
In the land of the famous Portuguese rooster, we will meet one of the oldest arts in the
region, the Pottery. A visit to the Barcelos artisans where we will get our
hands on the clay and see how the “Crockery of Barcelos” is modeled.
Before
returning to Porto, we will visit a green wine producer where we will taste a
variety of green wines accompanied by local delicacies.
Visiting Fátima is much more than a religious tour where faith and peace stand a giant square lit by the Sshrine of Our Lady of Fátima. We will visit one of the holiest places in the world where every year thousands of pilgrims came to celebrate the appearance of Our Lady to the three shepherd children. We will also have opportunity to visit the Church of the Santíssima Trindade, one of the largest Christian buildings of modern architecture.
On the way back to Porto and after lunch with the best typical products of the region, we will visit the majestic city of Coimbra where its illustrious University sees us from above the calm waters of the river Mondego. Also known as the “City of Knowledge”, we will discover its historical center and its magnificent and imposing New Cathedral – Sé Nova.
