- All reservations must be made through our website.
- All required data requested at the time of booking are exclusively used by Portugal Excellence Tours and in a strictly confidential format.
- All reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance;
- All tours only operate with a minimum of 2 people and Portugal Excellence Tours reserves the right to cancel if the minimum number of participants is not verified;
- Children between the ages of 0 and 4 travel free of charge; children from 5 to 12 years old only pay 50% of the total amount of the respective tour;
- Portugal Excellence Tours is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal objects that occurs outside our vehicles;
- Advertised prices apply for shared / semi-private tours. For tours in private the values can change.
Delays and "NO-SHOW":
- Whenever possible, we give a maximum tolerance of 5 minutes of client waiting. In prepaid services there will be no refund in case of delay or no-show;
- If Portugal Excellence Tours delays without giving a minimum notice of 20 minutes, there will be a refund of the prepaid amount;
- The notice of delay is always made by Portugal Excellence Tours to the customer (if the same has provided the telephone contact) or to the Hotel that will keep the record of our delay communication;
- If Portugal Excellence Tours fails to respect the agreed time, and has not made the notice of delay, it assumes the transport expenses that the client may have had in accordance with the service that contracted;
- In case of delayed arrival time at the airport, the client should contact Portugal Excellence Tours so that he can reschedule the time of arrival.
- Payment must be made in full via Paypal or Bank Transfer;
- Services reserved and carried out on the same day must be paid in cash.
Refunds - Tours and Transfers:
- Cancellations of prepaid services made up to 48 hours will be entitled to full refund. The same will be processed up to 30 days;
- Cancellations of prepaid services in a period less than 48 hours will be charged 25% of the service not performed;
- Reimbursement expenses charged to the client.
